I will stop hating myself for neglecting my Anki reviews now. I’ve let them pile up for a lot longer than 3 days and, as a result, the task of tackling so many sounds dreadful.
I will try to enjoy my studies more, like reading books I like in Japanese, and remind myself that I study because I want to and not because I have to. Refreshing perspective!
