I have enjoyed using FluentU and the fun & interesting video content, which helps a learner follow what people are saying at the normal pace that they speak & as they will hear things when visiting the target country, not slowed down, as people will do when they’re teaching a language.

However I wasn’t using FluentU as much as I did in the beginning, so I when I was automatically charged an annual renew fee yesterday, I decided to stop my paid subscription. I’m happy to report that they responded quickly and refunded the charge that had just gone through their system. This is such a welcome change from other companies! I was impressed with them responding in such a professional manner. I am much more likely to start up my subscription again the next time I’m getting ready to travel and want to get used to hearing the language & maybe pick up a few words & phrases. The note that they sent from customer service was signed “FluentU Customer Happiness Team,” a title which they have earned in my eyes!
